New Mazda owners are protected throughout Europe by our comprehensive cover free for your first three years of Mazda ownership in the event of a breakdown or immobilisation, you can call for assistance on either 0800 777 179 (in the UK) or +44 20 8649 8626 (across Europe). Further information about this cover can be found in the policy booklet within your Mazda’s glovebox pack.

48HR FREE CAR HIRE

If the car cannot be fixed within 4 hours, customer entitled to 48hr free car hire - this can be taken at any time during the repair - arranged by Allianz.

REPAIR

In cases of a temp repair, the customer will be asked to drive to the dealer for a permanent repair

TEXT MESSAGE

Customer receives text message to provide an ETA plus tracking option of agent available via Smart phone

RECOVERY

Please note if the car is safe to drive, recovery is not included within the policy
