MAZDA NEW CAR WARRANTY

Our Mazda New Vehicle Warranty lasts for 3 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. During the warranty period, you can submit a claim to have manufacturing and material faults corrected. 

MAZDA BODYWORK GUARANTEE

The Mazda Bodywork Guarantee offers Anti-Perforation Warranty on body sheet metal panels. It guarantees 12 year protection against perforation due to corrosion regardless of mileage and the Manufacturer’s Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners.

  1. Download the new MyMazda App in your Google Play or App Store¹.
  2. Select your country, language and agree to the terms of use just as well as our privacy policy.
  3. Start your two-factor authentication via two 6-digit codes which will be sent to you by e-mail² and phone number³.
  4. Complete the registration by entering your personal data⁴.

In addition to the Connected Services outlined above, the Mazda MX-30 will also feature the following:

  • Get specific vehicle status on range, charge level and remaining charging time for your Mazda MX-30
  • Adjust the Climate Control to your preference even before you get in the Mazda MX-30
  • Start charging your Mazda MX-30 conveniently within the app
  • Search for charging stations and send the destination directly to your Mazda MX 30

The maximum service interval for your Mazda is up to 12,500 miles or 12 months whichever occurs first. Service interval for Mazda2 Hybrid is 12 months or 10,000 miles. The scheduled servicing intervals may reduce based on the style of driving and the conditions under which your vehicle is operated.

Mazda Service Plans cover parts, labour & fluids at the prevailing VAT rate for the first three scheduled services. You have the choice of paying for your Mazda Service Plan with a one-off payment, or by monthly Direct Debit payments over the duration of the Plan.  Terms and conditions apply.  The servicing for Mazda Service Plans can only be carried out at a Mazda Authorised Repairer. At participating Dealers only and plans must be activated prior to the vehicle’s first service. Please contact your Mazda Authorised Dealer for more information.

 

*Optional Extended Warranty is administered by Mondial Assistance (UK) Ltd which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Vehicles must be under 100,000 miles at point of purchase of the policy. This insurance covers factory-fitted mechanical and electrical parts (limited to parts and labour inclusive of VAT up to the maximum claim limit) of the insured vehicle. This insures against electrical or mechanical failure occurring within the area of cover and during the period of insurance. Replacement parts and labour will be paid except for items not covered. Normal service replacement items and other components subject to routine maintenance or periodic repair or replacement are excluded – please see www.mazdaextended.co.uk for full terms and conditions.

2  You cannot register multiple user information under the same email address. Enter an email address that was not used on the MyMazda App. Do not register a mailing list address.

3  The effective period of use of the validation code sent to your SMS is 10 minutes from when it was issued. A validation code with an expired period of use cannot be used. You can resend the validation code by touching the resend button. After entering the validation code, complete your user information registration within 60 minutes.

4  Please note that a password of 6 to 16 letters, including a combination of letters and numerals is required. The following letters can be used: Alphabet: A to Z and a to z; Numerals: 0 to 9 ; Symbols: @ * $ . ! %

* Connected Services are currently only for owners of the all-new Mazda MX-30 and 2021 Mazda CX-5. Connected Services is a subscription service and requires a compatible mobile device to download and sign-up to the MyMazda App.  A 3-year complimentary period is included and commences from the date of first registration of the vehicle.
